OCJS expects grant funds to be used only for intended purposes and within the established guidelines set forth by the federal government, state of Ohio, and OCJS. Subrecipients are responsible for providing adequate safeguards to prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement of awarded grant funds. Proper management of grant funds prevents misuse of funds.
